The USA Today Reader’s Choice poll narrowed it down to 20 beer gardens across the country from Frankford Hall in Philadelphia, to Stone Brewing in California, and everywhere in between.
We’d like to note that North Carolina is a beer haven with no less than 4 breweries in the top 20.
About the Funkatorium, USA Today writes, “The Funkatorium, Asheville’s sour beer-dedicated taproom, offers an expansive outdoor Biergarten, open seasonally. This space on the South Slope of Asheville offers sour beer lovers a place to sip sours and Rosé on draught while enjoying brett-risen pizzas, salads or sandwiches from the menu.”
USA Today says, “Our panel of beer experts picked these 20 American beer gardens as the best spots to enjoy a beer outdoors. We need your help crowning a winner. Vote for your favorite once per day until voting ends on Tuesday, March 16 at noon ET. Winners will be announced on Friday, March 26.”
Let’s get voting! To vote for the Funkatorium (there clearly is no other choice), click here.
