A small Haywood County restaurant is making big news for helping people during the spread of coronavirus.
Owner Mike Graham of Jukebox Junction Restaurant and Soda Shoppe on Pigeon Road in Bethel appeared on CNN with one of his cooks, Kathy Call. The restaurant is providing to-go meals for anyone who needs food, even if they can’t afford it.
“They don’t need to worry about the money,” Graham told CNN’s John King. “At this point and time, I’m looking to keep people calm, calm their fears. They don’t need to worry about food. I may go bankrupt, but its more important to my family, my employees, and the people that have supported me over 17 years.”
