Cars & Coffee Event Goes East

Back in December, when a few car enthusiasts decided to put on Hendersonville’s first Cars and Coffee event, they weren’t sure how many folks would come. Still, it would be fun to see some classics and customs, and maybe get some ideas on what mods to make to their own rides.

“In January, we had around 150 cars,” says Edd Carter, an event organizer. “We almost ran out of room, so we had to find a larger lot.”

For the next event Feb. 11, Cars and Coffee goes east to the World of Clothing on Sugarloaf Road, near the intersection of I-26 and Four Seasons Blvd. It starts at 8 am, and it’s free for anyone to come display their car, and for auto aficionados of any age to check them out, and talk to the owners.

Cars and Coffee is sponsored in part by Hendersonville Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram and Beverly-Hanks Real Estate agent Laura Flores.
